I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. Using the appliance Chopper (types HR1356, HR1357 only)
C � The chopper attachment can nuts, meat, be used for chopping ingredients such as
onions, hard cheese, dried fruits, chocolate, garlic, herbs, dry bread etc.

If the ingredients stick to the chopper beaker wall, loosen them by adding liquid or using a spatula.
� Make sure the coupling unit has been properly fitted onto the chopper beaker.

Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm/1 inch before processing.
Bar blender
The bar blender is intended for: - Blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, shakes. - Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise. - Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
