Problem The food processor does not work. Solution All functions except the blender only work when the blender cap is assembled on the motor unit. Check whether the blender cap is assembled properly on the motor unit (see page 23). Also check whether the lid has properly locked into place on the bowl (�click�). If both the blender jar and the food processor bowl have been assembled correctly, only the blender works. If you want to use the food processor bowl, remove the blender jar and assemble the blender cap onto the motor unit (see page 23).

Problem The appliance suddenly stops running.

Solution The thermal safety cut-out has probably cut off the power supply to the appliance because the appliance has overheated. 1) Unplug the appliance 2) Let the appliance cool down for 60 minutes 3) Put the mains plug in the socket 4) Switch on the appliance again. Take the lid off the bowl, unscrew the Click & Go button by turning it anticlockwise and clean the lid in the dishwasher. If there is still dirt in the Click & Go button, clean the lid in the dishwasher a second time. If you do not have a dishwasher, you can also let the lid soak in warm water with some washingup liquid for a while and then rinse it in fresh water.

Both the blender jar and the food processor bowl are attached, but only the blender works.

Dirt has entered the Click & Go button.
