I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Consult the table in these instructions for use for the correct processing times. Let hot ingredients cool down before processing them (max. temperature 80cC/175cF). The food-processing functions and the meat mincer can only be used when the screw cap is attached. Never use the cutter unit of the meat mincer in combination with the separator and sausage horn. Do not attempt to grind bones or other hard items with the meat mincer. Note that it is not possible to use the food-processing functions when the blender is attached to the motor unit!
