Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

C Sélectionner la langue.

� Si vous utilisez l�affichage sur écran, l�écran REGL. AUTO. DES CANAUX apparaîtra. Comme le réglage automatique progresse, la marque �q� sur l�écran TV se déplace de la gauche vers la droite. Une fois le réglage automatique terminé, �RECHERCHE TERMIN�E� apparaît pendant environ 5 Début Fin secondes, puis l�écran normal est rétabli. � Si vous avez raccordé le magnétoscope à votre téléviseur via le connecteur AV ( p. 8), le magnétoscope effectuera automatiquement le téléchargement pré-réglé ( p. 12) plutôt que le réglage automatique.
ATTENTION
Une fois que vous avez effectué le réglage automatique, même si le soutien mémoire du magnétoscope est expiré, toutes les stations mémorisées et leurs numéros guides restent dans la mémoire du magnétoscope et le magnétoscope n�effectuera pas de nouveau le réglage automatique. Vous avez seulement besoin de régler l�horloge. ( p. 56) Si vous avez déménagé dans une zone différente, effectuez chaque réglage comme requis. � Réglage du canal vidéo (pour les utilisateurs avec raccordement RF) p. 54 � Réglage du tuner p. 48 � Réglage de l�horloge p. 56 Si une nouvelle station commence à émettre dans votre région, effectuez le réglage du tuner ( p. 48) et si nécessaire, le réglage du canal vidéo ( p. 54).

� Dans une région où aucune station TV ne transmet de signal PDC (Programme Delivery Control), le magnétoscope ne peut effectuer ni le réglage automatique de l�horloge ni le réglage automatique des numéros guides. � S�il y a une coupure de courant, ou si vous appuyez sur 1 ou MENU alors que le réglage automatique est en cours, le réglage automatique sera interrompu; bien couper une fois l�alimentation du magnétoscope et essayer de nouveau à partir de l�étape 1. � Le réglage automatique de l�horloge peut ne pas fonctionner correctement en fonction des conditions de réception. � S�il n�y a pas de son avec l�image ou si le son n�est pas naturel sur certains canaux mémorisés à l�aide de la fonction de réglage automatique des canaux, il se peut que le réglage du système de télévision pour ces canaux soit incorrect. Sélectionner alors le système de télévision approprié pour ces canaux ( p. 51, �INFORMATION�).
