Everything in the manual was excellent except for a couple of pictures of specific areas in the unit that were a little dark. Owners Manuals re-sent the pdf file & the problem was corrected. Excellent product! George

This is the original manufacturers service manual, with detailed info on the circit boards, explosion drawings of all parts in assembly order, and tuning instructions. The only thing missing is the information on the dimensions of the various drive belts. mail me if you need them. gcrossman_at_aol.com

1. AM IF Adjustment L205 ................................................................. 450kHz 2. AM VT Check Settings : � Test point : TP1 (VT) Method : Set to AM 530kHz and check that the voltage at the test point is within 0.8V ~ 1.5V. Then set to AM 1710kHz and check that the test point is less than 10.0V. 3. FM VT Check Settings : � Test point : TP1 (VT) Method : Set to FM 87.5MHz and check that the voltage at the test point is 2.3V ± 0.5V. Then set to FM 108.1MHz and check that the test point is less than 11.0V. 4. AM Tracking Adjustment L203 ................................................................. 630kHz TC201 ............................................................ 1440kHz 5. FM Tracking Adjustment L201 .............................................................. 87.5MHz
<TAPE PLAYER SECTION>
6. Tape Speed Adjustment Settings : � Test tape : TTA�100 � Test point : Phones Jack (J101) � Volume : MAX � S-BASS : OFF � Adjustment location : SFR401 Method : Play back the test tape and adjust SFR401 for 3010Hz ± 10Hz (FWD). Then confirm WOW is less than 0.52%.
