Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Utilisation de la radio
Avant de commencer... Assurez-vous que les antennes FM et AM/MW sont connectées.
Présélection des stations radio
Vous pouvez enregistrer jusqu�à 40 stations radio FM et 20 stations radio AM dans la mémoire de l�appareil. Les stations radio peuvent être programmées de trois manières différentes: � Installation automatique (uniquement lors de la première programmation) � Présélection automatique � Présélection manuelle Conseils: � L�unité quitte le mode de présélection lorsque aucune touche n�a été actionnée pendant 20 secondes. � Si aucun signal stéréo n�est détecté ou si moins de cinq (5) stations ont été détectées lors de l�installation, le message �CHECK ANTENNA� (Vérifiez l�antenne) s�affiche.
Réglage des stations radio
Français A Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche
SOURCE jusqu�à ce que �RADIO FM� apparaisse sur l�afficheur (ou appuyez sur la touche RADIO de la télécommande).
B Appuyez brièvement sur les flèches gauche/
droite de la télécommande pour démarrer le réglage. Le message �SEARCH� (Recherche) > ou < apparaît sur l�afficheur jusqu�à ce qu�une station radio dont le signal est suffisant soit détectée.
C Si nécessaire, répétez l�étape B jusqu�à ce que
vous ayez trouvé la station radio recherchée.
Installation automatique
Vous serez invité à installer les stations radio lorsque vous sélectionnerez le mode �RADIO� pour la première fois. Grâce à cette fonction, vous pouvez installer toutes les stations radio disponibles automatiquement, d�une simple pression sur une touche.
D Pour un réglage plus fin dans le cas d�une
réception faible, appuyez brièvement sur les flèches haut/bas plusieurs fois, jusqu�à obtention de la réception optimale.
E Pour basculer entre les modes FM stéréo et
FM mono, appuyez sur la touche AUDIO de la télécommande.
RADIO
A Appuyez sur RADIO.
Le message �AUTO INSTALL... PRESS PLAY� (Installation automatique... Appuyez sur Play) s�affiche.
