This is a good quality scan of the Operation & Maintenance (Service) Manual for the PAL version of this high-band broadcast umatic, BVU-800P
All schematics and lineup procedures appear to be included in this one manual AFAICT.
The file size is just over 113 MB which gives an idea of the quality and number of pages.
All of the schematics, which contain some fairly small print, are easily readable when you zoom into the page.

SERVICE INFORMATION Hand unit tooth brush (1) Never open the hand unit of the tooth brush, because the unit is not water tight anymore. In case of a defect, then complete unit must be replaced. Charging unit (2) In case of a defective charging unit or cordset, the complete charging unit must be replaced.

NOTES For standardisation reasons, the hand unit of the HX 1520 has to be replaced by the hand unit of the HX 1525. The hand unit of the HX 1525 has a charging light. If the battery in the toothbrush is being charged, the pilot light is green. When discarding the appliance, remove the built-in rechargeable battery. The battery should be comletely empty of charge.
