Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

REGOLAZIONE DELLA DIREZIONE DEL FLUSSO D�ARIA
Regolazione automatica della direzione del flusso dell�aria. Attivare questa funzione quando il condizionatore è in funzione. Premere il tasto SWING sul telecomando. � Per arrestare la funzione premere nuovamente il tasto SWING. � Per modificare la direzione di oscillazione premere il tasto AIR DIRECTION. ATTENZIONE � I tasti AIR DIRECTION e SWING sono esclusi quando il condizionatore non è in funzione (compreso il caso in cui è impostata la funzione ON TIMER). � Durante il funzionamento di raffreddamento o di deumidificazione non azionare il condizionatore per varie ore con il flusso dell�aria diretto verso il basso. In caso contrario si potrebbe formare della condensa sulla superficie del deflettore del flusso aria verticale, causando uno gocciolamento di condensa. � Non spostare manualmente il deflettore verticale. Usare sempre il tasto AIR DIRECTION (Direzione aria). Lo spostamento manuale del deflettore potrebbe causare un cattivo funzionamento dello stesso. In caso di malfunzionamento del deflettore spegnere e riaccendere il condizionatore. � Quando il condizionatore è riacceso subito dopo il suo arresto, il deflettore del flusso aria verticale potrebbe muoversi per circa 10 secondi. Regolazione della direzione del flusso aria orizzontale. Preparazione: Per le operazioni di raffreddamento e di deumidificazione, spostare il deflettore del flusso aria verticale verso il basso agendo sul tasto AIR DIRECTION posto sul telecomando. � Per regolare la direzione del flusso aria come desiderato, spostare la griglia orizzontale del flusso aria agendo sull�apposita levetta. � Per le operazioni di raffreddamento e di deumidificazione riportare il deflettore del flusso aria verticale nella posizione originale agendo sul tasto AIR DIRECTION posto sul telecomando. Se si utilizza il tasto AIR DIRECTION per impostare la direzione del flusso aria verticale, la direzione si imposterà inizialmente verso il basso e quindi si assesterà automaticamente nella posizione desiderata. Quando il condizionatore viene spento tramite il telecomando il deflettore del flusso aria verticale si chiuderà automaticamente. 18
