Steg skånsomt. Kød indeholder ca. 70% væske. For at få så saftigt kød som muligt, skal det steges ved lav temperatur (fra 125�). Stegetiden bliver lidt længere, og der bruges lidt mere energi ved de lave temperaturer, men resultatet bliver bedre. Samtidig opnår De en nemmere rengøring af ovnen, da fedtstænk ikke brænder så hårdt fast i ovnrummet.
