Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme empfiehlt es sich, den Trockner mit einigen feuchten Tüchern zu beschicken und ca. 20 Minuten laufen zu lassen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, da� sich kein Staub und Schmutz mehr in der Trommel befindet.

Gerät ausschalten durch Drehen des Programmwählers auf �0�, die Betriebskontrolleuchte erlischt. Flusensieb reinigen und Kondensatbehälter entleeren (s. Seite 38 u. 39)
Inbetriebnahme
Damit die Wäsche abkühlen kann, wird 9 Minuten vor Programmende automatisch die Abkühlphase eingeschaltet. Die entsprechende Kontrolleuchte leuchtet auf. Wird die Wäsche am Ende des Programmes nicht entnommen, schaltet sich automatisch das Knitterschutzprogramm, das ca. 30 Minuten dauert, ein. Haben Sie die Taste nicht gedrückt, so ertönt ein akustisches Signal alle 10 Sekunden. Die Kontrolleuchten und blinken abwechselnd. Um die Wäsche während der Knitterschutzphase entnehmen zu können, ist es nötig, zuerst die Maschine auszuschalten durch Drehen des Programmwählers auf «0». Wird dies nicht gemacht, bleibt die Maschine am Ende des Programmes automatisch stehen, die Betriebskontrolleuchte bleibt eingeschaltet.
