The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Nachrichtenprogramm-Unterbrechungseinstellung (NEWS)
Der automatische Empfang von PTY-Code-Nachrichtenprogrammen kann ein-/ausgeschaltet werden. Bei Beendigung eines empfangenen Nachrichtenprogramms wird der Empfang des vorigen Programms fortgesetzt.
� Stellen Sie die Unterbrechung auf ein oder aus.
2 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten
�NEWS�

� Die Nachrichten-Unterbrechungseinstellung kann auch im Funktionsmenü ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.
PTY-Alarm
PTY-Alarm ist ein spezieller PTY-Code für Notdurchsagen wie z.B. Naturkatastrophen. Sobald der Tuner den Radioalarmcode empfängt, erscheint �ALARM� im Display, und die Lautstärke wird auf den TA-Lautstärkepegel eingestellt. Nach der Notdurchsage schaltet das System auf die vorige Programmquelle zurück.
Aufheben von Durchsagen
� Um eine Durchsage aufzuheben und auf die vorige Programmquelle zurückzuschalten, drücken Sie einfach die Taste TA.
