Thank you for providing this manual and at low cost.
The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.

For optimum picture quality, a 75-ohm coaxial cable with a ferrite core, instead of the coaxial cable mentioned on page 6 of the Operating Instructions, is supplied with the unit. It reduces electrical interference and ensures stable reception of broadcast signals. Pour une qualité d�image optimale, le câble coaxial 75 ohms, avec noyau de ferrite, est fourni avec cet appareil, au lieu du simple câble coaxial mentionné à la page 6 du Mode d�emploi. Cela permet de réduire les interférences électriques et d�assurer une réception stable des signaux de diffusion. Para obtener una óptima calidad de imagen, se suministra con la unidad un cable coaxial de 75 ohm con núcleo de ferrita en lugar del cable coaxial mencionado en la página 6 del manual de instrucciones. De este modo, reducirá las interferencias eléctricas y disfrutará de una recepción estable de las transmisiones.
Do not detach the ferrite core from the cable. Ne retirez pas le noyau de ferrite du câble. No retire el núcleo de ferrita del cable.

Be sure to connect the 75-ohm coaxial cable with the ferrite core to the VHF/UHF jack on the rear of the TV. For details, see page 8 of the Operating Instructions. Assurez-vous de raccorder le câble coaxial 75 ohms à noyau de ferrite fourni à la prise VHF/UHF située à l�arrière du téléviseur. Pour de plus amples détails, voir page 8 du Mode d�emploi. Note � The ferrite core is attached to one end of (not the center of) the cable. When connecting the cable to the TV, insert the end with the ferrite core into the VHF/ UHF jack. � It is strongly recommended to connect the antenna using a 75-ohm coaxial cable to get optimum picture quality. A 300-ohm twin lead cable can be easily affected by radio noise and the like, resulting in signal deterioration. If you use a 300-ohm twin lead cable, keep it away as far as possible from the TV. Remarque � Le noyau de ferrite est fixé à l�une des extrémités (et pas au milieu) du câble.
