This is a good quality scan of the Operation & Maintenance (Service) Manual for the PAL version of this high-band broadcast umatic, BVU-800P
All schematics and lineup procedures appear to be included in this one manual AFAICT.
The file size is just over 113 MB which gives an idea of the quality and number of pages.
All of the schematics, which contain some fairly small print, are easily readable when you zoom into the page.

How to install the Volume Knob
1. Remove the peeling paper of LIGHTING BOARD BOSS side. 2. CAP and LIGHTING BOARD are install positioning as shown.

How to remove the Volume Knob
1. Remove the rear cover of panel unit. 2. Juck up as remove the switch unit (x16-) and Volume Knob as shown.
Be careful of direction.

3. Remove the peeling paper.(Use Tweezers) 4. CAP and Volume Knob are install positioning as shown.
(CAUTION)
Volume Knob cannot pull of front side that looked at tab point in the rotary encoder.

5. Install a Volume Knob in rotary encoder positioning as shown.
