...BUT: The parts list is missing and the free parts katalog on web isn't complete, so now we don't know the part numbers of the defect parts :(
We had to build them out of a working machine, and need the numbers to reorder the missing parts now.

Failure analysis for the POWER SUPPLY Unit => PP1 STB 3.4 V power is not output.
Is the cable connected firmly to the P7 connector? Yes

No
Properly connect the cable between the P7 and M2 connectors.
Is the cable to the P7 connector broken? No Is the fuse (F001) blown? No Is one of the limiting resistor (FR002) blown? No The POWER SUPPLY Unit is normal.
Yes Replace the defective cable (J109).
Check the voltage at the MAIN Assy and POWER SUPPLY Unit.
Yes Replace the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
Yes Replace the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
Check the resistance between D025 cathode and C101 (+), using a tester.

Failure analysis for the POWER SUPPLY Unit => PP2
The power is not on, even though the RELAY port is active.
No Is the relay (RY002) on? Yes No Is the PFC voltage normal? Yes

Replace the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
� Check the relay operation at the RY002. (Voltage: 3.4 V) � Check the relay sound (click).
Replace the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
� Check the voltage between the C017 (-) and C017 (+). � The voltage must be around 400 V. (340V or less are defective.) Caution: High voltage!
The POWER SUPPLY Unit is normal.
Failure analysis for the POWER SUPPLY Unit => PP3
The cells of the panel do not light normally.
Is the VADR voltage within the specified values? Yes

Replace the POWER SUPPLY Unit.
The specified voltage values are between 72 and 78 V.

The ripple must be within 5 V.
