This is one of four manuals I have downloaded recently.
Purchase was very straight forward and the authorising email arrived in about 4 hours.

Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

Einstellungen der Basisstation
Deaktivieren des Tarifmanagers für Call by Call (kostenoptimierter Verbindungsaufbau, Call by Call) 1 Drücken Sie auf {j/OK}. 2 Wählen Sie �Basis-Einstell.� und anschlie�end {>}. 3 Geben Sie �0000� ein (StandardBasisstations-PIN). L Wenn Sie die PIN geändert haben, geben Sie sie entsprechend ein (Seite 37). 4 Wählen Sie �Rufoptionen� und anschlie�end {>}. 5 Wählen Sie �Tarifmanager� und anschlie�end {>}. 6 Wählen Sie �Netzbetreiber� und anschlie�end {>}. 7 Wählen Sie �Aus� und anschlie�end {>}. 8 Drücken Sie {ih}.
5 Wählen Sie die obere �Wahlsperre� Anzeige wie unten dargestellt.

6 Drücken Sie {>}.
L Die Anschlussnummer �0� der Basisstation und die Anschlussnummern aller registrierten Mobilteile werden angzeigt.
7 Wählen Sie die Anschlüsse aus, für die durch
Drücken der gewünschten Nummer die Wahlkontrolle aktiviert werden soll. L Blinkende Nummern zeigen an, dass die Wahlkontrolle für den enstprechenden Anschluss aktiviert ist. L Um die Wahlkontrolle für einen Anschluss zu deaktivieren, drücken Sie die Wähltaste, die der Anschlussnummer entspricht. Die Nummer hört auf zu blinken. Drücken Sie auf {j/OK}.
Einstellen der Wahlkontrolle
Sie können die Basisstation oder ausgewählte Mobilteile so sperren, dass bestimmte Nummern nicht mehr gewählt werden können. Es können bis zu 6 Rufnummern gespeichert werden. Durch Speichern der Vorwahlnummern wird verhindert, dass bei wahlkontrollierten Anschlüssen (die Basisstation oder ausgewählten Mobilteile) Rufnummern mit dieser Vorwahl wählen. Wichtig: L Wahlkontrolle kann nur über Mobilteil 1 aktiviert werden. (Um zu überprüfen, welches Gerät Mobilteil 1 ist, drücken Sie {x} und {1} an der Basisstation. Mobilteil 1 klingelt.) 1 Drücken Sie auf {j/OK}. 2 Wählen Sie �Basis-Einstell.� und anschlie�end {>}. 3 Geben Sie �0000� ein (StandardBasisstations-PIN). L Wenn Sie die PIN geändert haben, geben Sie sie entsprechend ein (Seite 37). 4 Wählen Sie �Rufoptionen� und anschlie�end {>}.
8 9 Wählen Sie einen Speicherplatz und drücken
Sie anschlie�end {>}. L Wenn der Speicherplatz bereits mit einer wahlkontrollierten Nummer belegt ist, wird diese Nummer angezeigt. Geben Sie die Rufnummer oder die Vorwahl ein, die wahlkontrolliert sein soll (max. 8 Stellen) und drücken Sie dann {j/OK}. L Zum Löschen einer wahlkontrollierten Rufnummer drücken Sie {C/T}. Drücken Sie {ih}.

Aktivieren/Deaktivieren der Wahlsperre
Diese Funktion verhindert externe Anrufe über die Basisstation. Wenn die Wahlsperre aktiviert ist, sind nur Interngespräche und Notrufe (Seite 34) möglich. Die Wahlsperre kann unabhängig für Mobilteil (Seite 30) und Basisstation eingestellt werden. 1 Drücken Sie auf {j/OK}.
