Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

This unit can be mounted on a wall phone plate.
Press the tabs in the direction of the arrows (1), then remove the wall mounting adaptor (2).
Calls are transmitted between the base unit and the handset using wireless radio waves. For maximum distance and noise-free operation, the recommended base unit location is: Away from electrical appliances such as a TV, personal computer or another cordless phone.

Note: �If you use the handset near a microwave oven which is being used, noise may be heard from the receiver or the speaker. Move away from the microwave oven and closer to the base unit. �If you use the handset near another cordless phone, noise may be heard. Tuck the telephone line cord inside the wall mounting adaptor, then push the adaptor in the direction of the arrows (1 and 2).
�The word �UP WALL� should face upward.
