Turns out this was not the manual i was looking for. The concertmate 670 keyboard i have is a "Realistic" model made for Radio Shack and none of the diagrams on the owners manual i received matches up. HOWEVER, I must say the service Owners Manual provides was fast and efficient by being available online. The manual was in good readable condition and easily downloaded.

�The display shows the elapsed recording time. �If you record for over 2 minutes, the unit will automatically stop recording and play back the greeting.
After the long beep, talk clearly, about 8 inches (20 cm) away from the MIC (microphone).

Pre-recorded greeting message
If you do not record a greeting message (p. 28), one of two messages will be played when a call is received, depending on the caller�s recording time (p. 27). I When the recording time is set to �1 minute�, �2 minutes� or �3 minutes�: �Hello, we are not available now. Please leave your name and phone number after the beep. We will return your call.� I When the recording time is set to �Greeting only�: �Hello, we are not available now. Please call again. Thank you for your call.�
Preparation
To check the recorded greeting message(s)
Follow steps 1 to 3 on page 28, and scroll to �Greeting check� by pressing � or �, and press á. Press � (Line 1) or � (Line 2) to select the line.

Press (ERASE) while the message is being played.
�The unit will answer a call with a pre-recorded greeting message for the line.
Flash Memory Message Backup
Messages are stored on a ��ash memory� IC chip and will not be affected by power failures. All messages are saved until you erase them.
