Last week I bought a second hand BAUKNECHT TRK4850 DRYER. It is a professional machine with many programs and switch options. I feared it would be a huge quest to find a manual. Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

The SOAK cycle is used to soak heavily soiled or stained items, without the washer advancing into a wash cycle. To select, press the soak pad. After a slight pause, the washer will fill and automatically select an Extra Large Water Level, Cold water and 30 minutes of soak time with brief periods of agitation. "Soak 30 Minutes" will appear in the Monitor. (To change these options see the following section.) After the soak period the washer will spin and drain the water. Generally, soak periods up to 30 minutes are sufficient for most loads. For an extended soak period, press and hold the � TIME ADJUST pad until two dashes "--" appear in the Monitor. The washer will fill, briefly agitate, shut off and continue to soak for an infinite length of time (overnight soaking is not necessary or recommended).
