Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

1. Druk net zo vaak op de toets TIJD tot het symbool Q TIJD BESPAREN knippert. 2. Druk op de toets OK. 3. Druk op de toets TIJD. Onder het symbool Q verschijnt een zwarte balk, in het display verschijnt KORT of EXTRA KORT. 4. Om van KORT naar EXTRA KORT te wisselen, moet nogmaals op de toets TIJD worden gedrukt.

T/MIN. OPTIES OK TIJD Met de toets TIJD kan tussen TEMP. C° NORMAAL, KORT en EXTRA KORT worden gewisseld. 5. Druk op de toets OK om de keuze te bevestigen. De indicatie wisselt naar het symbool voor de starttijdkeuze, d.w.z. de starttijdkeuze kan nu worden ingesteld. 6. Druk op de toets TIJD, als er geen starttijdkeuze ingesteld hoeft te worden. Het display geeft het symbool Q TIJD BESPAREN evenals de tijd van het einde van het programma aan.
Starttijdkeuze
1. Druk net zo vaak op de toets TIJD tot het symbool T STARTUITSTEL knippert. 2. Druk op de toets OK. In het display wordt �Start over 0 min.� aangegeven. 3. Zo vaak op de toets TIJD drukken tot het display de gewenste startuitstelling aangeeft, bijv. �Start over 4 h� (=4 uur). Onder het symbool T verschijnt een zwarte balk.
