Turns out this was not the manual i was looking for. The concertmate 670 keyboard i have is a "Realistic" model made for Radio Shack and none of the diagrams on the owners manual i received matches up. HOWEVER, I must say the service Owners Manual provides was fast and efficient by being available online. The manual was in good readable condition and easily downloaded.

Operating instructions
When the water is completely drained: 6. Press the rotating toggle firmly into the emergency drain hose. 7. Push in the rotating toggle with the emergency drain hose and tighten by turning a quarter of a turn in a clockwise direction.

The ECO valve does not function when the machine has been fully emptied. Therefore add approx. 1liter of water before the next wash (pour in through the detergent drawer).
Cleaning the Circulation Pump

Warning! Switch the washing machine off and unplug from the mains before cleaning the circulation pump! 0 1. First perform an emergency drain (see "Performing an Emergency Drain" section above). 2. Take hold of the tab on the outer cover and Outer Cover pull off.
3. Put a cloth on the floor in front of the circulation pump cover. Some water may run out. 4. Unscrew the circulation pump cover in an anticlockwise direction and remove.
