I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. If the RECORD key is pressed again, the unit will go back to Memo recording mode. If there is no action within 10 seconds at any mode, it will go back to idle mode. The user can escape to idle mode in the middle by pressing STOP key. When the memory is full and user is entering the recording mode, the 7-segment LED will show �FU� together with voice announcement: � Speicher voll (memory full)�. If the memory is full during recording, the unit will stop and return to idle mode after the above announcement. 10.3.2 Memo

Press RECORD when the unit is idle. Voice prompts � Memo� and 7-segment displays �In� pattern. Press and hold for 2 seconds then the unit will prompt �Jetzt sprechen (now recording)� and followed by a long beep. Speak into the microphone at max length of 60s. Min. Memo time= 3s, Memos shorter then 3 sec. will not be accepted. (triple beep). During recording, the unit will continuously evaluate the VOX and CPT information. If any of the conditions is met, the unit must stop the recording with tail cut. Recording can also be stopped by pressing either RECORD again or STOP. At the end of Memo recording �Ende der Memo� (end of memo) is announced.

10.3.3 OGM 1 At the OGM1 mode, pressing the PLAY key of the unit will play the current OGM1. If there is no OGM, the unit will prompt �Kein Ansagetxt eins, bitte aufzeichnen (OGM1 empty, please record)�. The user can press STOP button to stop the playback. To record a new one:

Voice prompts �Ansagetext eins (outgoing message one)� and the 7segment displays �A1� pattern. Press and hold for 2 seconds then the unit will prompt �Jetzt sprechen (now recording)� and followed by a long beep. Speak into the microphone at max length of 60s. During recording, the unit will continuously evaluate the VOX and CPT information. If any of the conditions is met, the unit must stop the recording with tail cut. Recording can also be stopped by pressing either RECORD again or STOP. If the OGM1 length is less than 3 seconds, then it will be discarded. Then return a warning �Kein Ansagetext eins� (outgoing message 1 empty)� and followed by triple beep tone. Otherwise, the new recorded OGM will be played back automatically for confirmation.
