Turns out this was not the manual i was looking for. The concertmate 670 keyboard i have is a "Realistic" model made for Radio Shack and none of the diagrams on the owners manual i received matches up. HOWEVER, I must say the service Owners Manual provides was fast and efficient by being available online. The manual was in good readable condition and easily downloaded.

USING YOUR TV AS A COMPUTER DISPLAY
VGA input 1. Connect the VGA output of the computer to the VGA of LCD set. 2. Connect the audio cable of computer to VGA AUDIO IN of LCD. 3. Press INPUT button to select VGA mode. 4. Turning on the computer, the screen image of the computer will display on the LCD set. At this time, the LCD set can be used as a computer display.

Note: 1. If the temperature of the LCD set is rather low, it is normal that there may be some artifacts when the set is first turned on. 2. Nonconforming pixels may occur on the panel, but they have no influence on the normal function of the display. 3. In the standard operation, It is normal if there is one bright dot or dark dot on the screen.
