Great Manual. This manual is available no where else. It was exactly what I was looking for. Only in German.

This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. PROBLEM Washer will not fill
Is your water turned on?
Is the power cord plugged in?
Have you blown a fuse or tripped the circuit breaker?

THE FOLLOWING
Is the power cord firmly plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage? Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped? Has a time-delay fuse been used? Are both hot and cold water faucets open? Are the water supply hoses kinked? Is the Cycle Control Knob set and pulled out?

Is the lid closed? Is the power cord firmly plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage? Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped? Has a time-delay fuse been used?
