I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. You can adjust the sound settings for each source separately (radio, Cassette, CD changer/Compact Drive MP3 and AUX).
Setting the left/right volume distribution (balance)
To adjust the left/right volume distribution (balance), � press the AUDIO button <. �BASS� appears in the display. � Keep pressing the button 8 until �BAL� appears in the display.
