The service manual when downloaded and printed out was clear and easy to read. I would have liked to have been able to enlarge some details, but this was not possible as the file permissions did not allow this. The service was very good. Removal of the Decoration Ring
--- WHEN DISASSEMBLING / ASSEMBLING ---*.When removing and installing the "Screw (B)", use a VFK1390. Otherwise, Lens Mount u may be damaged. --- WHEN ASSEMBLING ---*.When assembling, do not reuse screws (D). (Use new one.) *.Tighten the 4 screws (C) and (D) in numerical order.
--- WHEN DISASSEMBLING ---*.Since the Decoration Ring which is stick on Lens Ring Front, Apply the heating air using Hair dryer. *.Peel off the Decoration ring by inserting the minus-driver between the Decoration Ring and Lens Ring Front. (Be careful not to damage the surface of the lens and/or Lens Ring Front.) --- WHEN ASSEMBLING ---*Do not use the removed (Used) Decoration Ring. Use new one. *.Peel off the Decoration Ring from the separator sheet. *.Stick the Decoration Ring to the Lens Ring Front that concave part to be toward the "X" direction. *.Press the Decoration (RFKZ0423) Ring with Name Ring Fixture
