The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

Small-screen TV sets are supplied with an indoor antenna, which under certain reception conditions may not be acceptable. You may be able to improve reception by rotating the antenna or if reception remains poor the use of an external antenna. Plug your television into mains supply (220-240 V / 50 Hz). Open the battery compartment as indicated by the arrow . Insert the two R6 type batteries (supplied) making sure that they are the right way round. To switch on the TV set, press the on/off button. If the TV set remains in standby mode : press the - P + keys on the remote control.

The INSTALLATION appears on the screen. menu
Press the two keys at the same time.
System selection.
Option only available on certain versions. Press key until required system appears : FRANCE (SECAM L L�) or EUROPE (PAL BG, SECAM BG).
SEARCHING appears, the search bar shows progress. When a programme is found, the number flashes.
Channel search. Enter the programme number you want.
Choose the Programme Number.
Note: Programme number 0 cannot be used.
STORED appears, the programme is stored. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to store each programme.
Teletext-stereo version
Press the two keys at the same time. To leave the INSTALLATION menu press .
