Thank you for having the manual I needed for an older model Aiwa stero I had found on Ebay --- I wanted the Aiwa because I had tapes and cd's but I did not have a manual as to how to operate the system... I found what I needed and it has enabled me to set the system up for my enjoyment.
I wished detailed information of the JBL S310 and here I found it! Very happy with the service from this site!

Modes of Operation
Kitchen Timer
Example: To set the kitchen timer for 7 minutes 1. Touch Reduce Power pad 11 times 2. Turn the Rotary knob to the right until 7:00 is indicated in the display 3. Touch Start pad �PO� (microwave power 0W) will be indicated in the display �7:00� will be indicated in the display
�4:30� will be indicated in the display. Time of day is now set.
Microwave Power cooking
� This basic microwave cooking method allows you to cook food for a desired time. In addition to the maximum power level, you can select different microwave power from 10 levels, 90W to 900W for the foods that require slower cooking. � Foods with high moisture content should be cooked on maximum power, as this is the fastest cooking method and best maintains the natural flavour and texture of the foods.
Example: To cook at highest power level, 900W for 2 minutes 1. Turn the Rotary knob to the right until 2:00 is indicated in the display 2. Touch Start pad �2:00� will be indicated in the display The microwave is preset for cooking at highest power level. The microwave commences cooking, cooking time will count down.
