Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Pour repasser en mode de lecture normal, appuyez respectivement sur SHUFFLE ou REPEAT jusqu�à ce que les différents modes SHUFFLE / REPEAT ne soient plus affichés.
� Vous pouvez également appuyer STOP 9 pour annuler le mode de lecture en cours. Remarque: � Les fonctions SHUFFLE et REPEAT ne peuvent pas être utilisées en même temps.

� Durant la lecture, appuyez sur DISPLAY/ BAND pour afficher le nom de l�album et le titre. Format de CD MP3 acceptés : � ISO9660, Joliet, UDF 1,5 � Nombre maximum de titres : 256 (en fonction de la longueur du nom de dossier) � Nombre maximum d�albums : 256 � Fréquences d�échantillonnage acceptées : 32 kHz, 44,1 kHz, 48 kHz � Débits acceptés : 32~256 (kbps), débits variables
Programmation des plages
En position d�arrêt, sélectionnez les plages de CD et mettez-les dans la mémoire du programme selon la séquence désirée. Vous pouvez mémoriser une plage plus d�une fois. Jusqu'à 20 pistes (10 pour un disque MP3) peuvent être mises en mémoire. Utilisez TUNING 4 ¢ (de la télécommande 4 ¢) pour sélectionner le numéro de la plage désirée. Appuyez sur PROGRAM pour mémoriser. � Le nombre de plages sélectionnées et PROG sont affichés brièvement, suivi par la plage sélectionnée. Répétez les points 1 et 2 pour sélectionner et mémoriser toutes les plages souhaitées. � FULL est affiché dès que vous tentez de programmer plus de 20 plages. (10 pour un disque MP3). Pour démarrer la lecture de votre programme CD, appuyez sur PLAY/PAUSE 2; (de la télécommande 2;).

Divers modes de lecture: SHUFFLE et REPEAT
Vous pouvez sélectionner et changer les modes divers de lecture avant ou pendant la lecture. Les modes de lecture peuvent aussi être combinés avec PROGRAM. SHUFFLE ......... plages du CD total sont lues en ordre quelconque. REPEAT ALL ... pour répéter le CD total/ programme. REPEAT ............ lit la plage en cours de façon continue. REPEAT ALB ... répète toutes les pistes de l'album en cours (uniquement pour les MP3).

Passage en revue du programme
� Interrompez la lecture et appuyez sur PROGRAM à plusieurs reprises. � Pour quitter le mode de vérification, appuyez sur �.

Pour sélectionner un mode de lecture, appuyez sur SHUFFLE ou REPEAT avant ou pendant la lecture jusqu�à ce que l�affichage indique la fonction désirée. Appuyez sur PLAY/PAUSE 2; (sur la télécommande 2;) pour démarrer la lecture en position d�arrêt. � La lecture repart immédiatement dès que vous avez sélectionné un mode SHUFFLE.
Effacement du programme
Le programme peut être effacé: � en appuyant STOP 9 une fois en position d�arrêt; � en appuyant STOP 9 deux fois pendant la lecture; � en ouvrant le clapet du compartiment CD; � PROG disparaît de l�affichage. 33
