Great manual...really saved me. The only problem is that I thought I would be able to download it directly when I paid for it but never received the download instructions until the next morning. The board trace pages were somewhat light also: really need to turn up the contrast on the printer before printing them. The schematic page was great; very clear! Well worth the money.

I've been in the electronic business for a long time. I used to buy Sam's Photofact for my needs which intailed having to go to the store and paying about $20 for a package of 3 different units so I was forced to buy more than I needed just to get one.
Owner manual is just at your keyboard and the information is almost instantansouly and the cost is very reasonable. Easy to print out if needed or simply read off of the screen. The larger the screen the better for obvious reasons.

3.6.1.
Nozzle Housing Replacement
Removal
1. Remove the lower plate as outlined in the LOWER PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION section. 2. Remove the belt and agitator assembly as outlined in the respective sections. 3. Remove the nozzle hose, for nozzle hose replacement by pulling it up out of the nozzle housing and then pulling it, while twisting, out of the tool holder. 4. Remove the headlight assembly and slider support by following the instructions relating to the removal of these items. Pull the headlight wires from the grooves in the nozzle housing. 5. Insert a flat blade screwdriver between the nozzle housing and the plastic shaft, pry out the plastic shaft as illustrated.
NOTE: If the motor case cover is removed, DO NOT turnvacuum over as the motor may fall out.
3.6.2.
Installation
1. Install the window, light cover, handle release assembly, and furniture guard in the new nozzle housing. 2. Fit the nozzle from the motor shaft side first, and rotate it into place on the dust container as illustrated.
6. Remove the nozzle housing as illustrated.
3. Slide the plastic shaft through the nozzle housing and into the dust container. Make sure that the slot on the bottom of the plastic shaft is down and fitted onto the projection. Place the headlight wires back into their grooves.
7. Remove the handle release assembly and furniture guard. 8. Remove the light cover and window, by removing the two (2) screws from the nozzle housing and pushing out on the light cover while depressing the tab that secures it to the nozzle housing.
4. Install the slider support. Install the headlight assembly by following the assembly instructions. 5. Reassemble the nozzle hose by inserting it into the tool holder then place the other end into the nozzle housing with the tab fitting into the slot. 6. Install the belt, agitator assembly, and the lower plate according to the respective instructions. NOTE: For general servicing, it is necessary to eliminate 12
