Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.
1. Aufstellhinweise
� Achten Sie darauf, da� kein helles Licht oder Sonnenschein direkt auf den Bildschirm fällt. Es können Spiegelungen entstehen, die die Brillanz des Bildes beeinträchtigen. � Der günstigste Betrachtungsabstand ist die 5�fache Bildschirmdiagonale, bei Geräten mit 70 cm Bildschirm also ca. 3,5 m. � Antennenanschlusskabel und sonstige Bauteile zwischen der fest eingebauten Antennen- / Breitbandsteckdose und dem Rundfunkempfänger (z. B. TV�Gerät, Videorecorder) müssen der Euro-Norm EN 60966-2-4 entsprechen. � In unmittelbarer Nähe des TV-Gerätes darf sich kein Magnetfeld befinden. Externe Lautsprecher in entsprechenden Abstand aufstellen. � Das verwendete Antennenanschlusskabel sollte ein Schirmungsma� von mindestens 75 dB besitzen. � Bei Verwendung nicht zugelassener Kabel und Bauteile erlischt die Betriebserlaubnis des Rundfunkempfängers. � Zum Anschlie�en von externen bzw. AV�Geräten wie Videorecorder, DVD etc. rufen Sie bitte mit der Taste �INFO� die Bedienhilfe auf und wählen mit dem Cursor �AV-Geräte anschliessen� und bestätigen mit der Taste �OK�.
