RICETTE PER PIANO DI VETRO & CONVEZIONE
TORTA ALLA BANANA
Ingredienti 120 g di burro 170 g di zucchero semolato 1 CU di essenza di caffè 2 banane mature 225 g di farina 1 CU di bicarbonato di sodio 1/4 CU di lievito 1 uovo medio 100 ml di latte Preriscaldare il forno. 1. Ungere e preparare la teglia per la torta. 2. Amalgamare burro e zucchero. 3. Aggiungere l'uovo e l'essenza di caffè e sbattere il composto. 4. Sbucciare e schiacciare le banane ed aggiungerle al composto, mescolando bene. 5. Amalgamare la farina, il bicarbonato di sodio, il lievito e il latte fino ad ottenere una consistenza cremosa. 6. Versare il composto nella teglia e spianare la superficie. 7. Mettere la teglia sul piano di vetro nella posizione bassa. 60 min. 180�C 8. Lasciar riposare 5 minuti nello stampo prima di sformare la torta su una griglia per dolci. Preriscaldare il forno. 1. Ungere e preparare la teglia. 2. Amalgamare sale, lievito, cannella e farina. 3. Aggiungere gli altri ingredienti, tranne la frutta e le noci, e mescolare. 4. Unire la frutta e le noci. 5. Versare il composto nella teglia e spianare la superficie. 6. Mettere la teglia sul piano di vetro nella posizione bassa. 35 min. 90 W / 180 �C

TORTA DI ALBICOCCHE E NOCI AMERICANE
Ingredienti 11/2 CU un pizzico di sale di lievito di cannella di farina di farina integrale di burro di zucchero di canna uova sbattute di latte di albicocche mature tagliate a pezzi di noci americane tostate tagliate a pezzi

CHEESE CAKE AL FORNO
Ingredienti Base: 100 g di burro 4 CU di zucchero di canna 200 g di farina 110 g di biscotti secchi sbriciolati Ripieno: 450 g di formaggio cremoso 150 g di panna per dolci 100 g di zucchero semolato 2 tuorli d'uovo 1 limone (succo e scorza)

1. Ricoprire il fondo dello stampo con carta da forno. 2. Sciogliere il burro, aggiungere lo zucchero e i biscotti sbriciolati. 3. Versare il composto nella teglia e far raffreddare fino a che non indurisce. 4. Mettere in un recipiente tutti gli ingredienti del ripieno e mescolare fino a raggiungere una consistenza cremosa. 5. Versare il ripieno sulla base raffreddata. 6. Mettere la teglia sul piano di vetro nella posizione bassa. 54 min. 160 �C 7. Lasciare raffreddare il dolce e guarnirlo con frutta.
