This manual is for the usa model only. But it is clear
, accurate and comprehensive, including board layouts and schematics.
I found it extremely useful for my mitsubishi dp-86da, but the same diagram would also work for the realistic lab5000 and hi fi 80. Thanks.

Lift the bottom and then the top ends of the front housing cover away from the front case as shown in Figure 10.
Figure 10. Removing the Front Housing Cover 5. To replace, align the front housing cover to the front case. Press the front housing cover into place, allowing the hook on its top end to snap into position as shown in Figure 11.

Figure 11. Replacing the Front Housing Cover 6. 7. 8. Use the 4 screws to fasten the front housing cover to the front case. Locate the 4 cap screws on top of the 4 screws. Replace the battery and battery door as described in the procedures.
