Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

ASSEMBLY Unplug saw and lock head down. Tilt saw on its back side to get under the base. Loosen the two base extension set screws and remove base extension from existing rods. Using a pair of pliers, remove e-clips from existing rods. Remove existing extension rods from saw base. Insert new extra-long extension rods, e-clip end first. Fasten the two e-clips on the extra-long extension rods. Place the extension base on the outer ends of the new extralong extension rods, so that the set screws will tighten against the flat sections of the rods. Replace the set screws and tighten.

10. Repeat steps 3 thru 9 for opposite side. OPERATION The extra-long base extension rods were designed to extend the length of the table�s work surface to support longer workpieces. The extra-long base extensions are adjustable. Simply unlock the red lever and pull the base extension to the desired position and lock down red lever. NOTE: When not in use, always slide to the closed position.

Installez les deux anneaux d�arrêt en E sur les tiges de rallonge ultra-longues. Placez la rallonge d�embase sur les extrémités extérieures des nouvelles tiges de rallonge ultra-longues de manière à ce que les vis de blocage serrent contre le méplat aménagé sur chaque tige. Remplacez les vis de blocage et serrez-les.

10. Répétez les étapes 3 à 9 pour le côté opposé. UTILISATION Les tiges de rallonge d�embase ultra-longues ont été conçues pour rallonger la table afin de lui permettre de soutenir des pièces longues. Elles sont réglables. Il suffit de débloquer le levier rouge, de tirer sur la rallonge de l�embase pour la mettre à la position désirée et de bloquer le levier rouge. REMARQUE : Quand vous n�utilisez pas les rallonges de table, rétractez-les toujours complètement.
ASSEMBLAGE Débranchez la scie et bloquez la tête en position basse. Basculez la scie vers l�arrière de manière à accéder audessous de l�embase. Desserrez les deux vis de blocage de la rallonge d�embase et enlevez cette dernière des tiges existantes. � l�aide d�une paire de pinces, enlevez les anneaux d�arrêt en E des tiges existantes. Enlevez les tiges de rallonges existantes de l�embase de la scie. Enfilez les nouvelles tiges de rallonge ultra-longues, en commençant par le côté anneau d�arrêt en E.
