I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

There -The -The -The are three parts in the control section: Timer Cook Power Control Start Button for each control are covered on the followrng pages. Read them carefully.
Instructions
The Variable Cook Power Control ullows you to control the cooking speed. See the Cook Power Chart on the next page for the different percentages of cooking powers.
The Start Button
The START Button starts the cooking. The oven door must be closed and securely latched before the oven will operate.
