This was a very hard to find manual. The unit is long discontinued and Pioneer doesn't retain every manual for every model. Thanks owner's-manual.com!

I'm so glad I was able to find a site to download my missing manuals. Very reasonable prices and they kept me informed about the process and I had my manual within less than a day. The only thing I wish was an option is a 100% English version with no spanish or anything. But overall great site.

Adjusting the Front Speaker Output Balance

2 Enter into the SEA Control Mode.
� You can enter the SEA Control Mode only while the Sound Mode appears on the display.

You can adjust the output balance of left front speaker and right front speaker within the range of R (right) �6 (minimum sound level from the right speaker) to L (left) �6.

Decreases the left front speaker output level. Decreases the right front speaker output level.

3 Adjust the SEA pattern.
1 Select one of the tone�BASS or TRE (treble).

You can select one of the preset Sound Modes. 2 Adjust the level of the selected tone. � You can adjust the bass and treble level from �3 to +3. 3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 to adjust the level of the other tone. SEA (Sound Effect Amplifier) modes ROCK POP CLASSIC User modes USER 1/2/3 Boosts low and high frequency. Good for acoustic music. Good for vocal music. Good for classical music. Your individual mode stored in memory. See the next column �Creating Your Own Sound Modes�User Mode.� No Sound Mode effect.
