Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!

1. Clock Frequency Check Settings : q Test point: TP2 (CLK) Method: Set to AM 1710kHz(U,LH,HA),MW1602kHz(HR) and check that the test point is 2160kHz f 45 Hz(U,LH,HA), 2052kHz * 45 Hz(HR). 2. AM VT Check (U,LH,HA) Settings : q Test point: TP1 (VT) Method : Set to AM 1710kHz and AM 530kHz and check that the test point is less than8.5V(1710kHz) and more than 0.6V(530kHz).

SW VT Adjustment (HR) Settings : q Test point: TP1 (VT) Adjustment location : L942 q Method : Set to SW 17.9MHz and adjust L942 so that the test point becomes 7.OV ~ 0.05V. Then set to SW 5.9MHz and check that the test point is more than 0.3V. 7. SW Tracking Adjustment (HR) Settings : q Test point: TP6(Lch), TP7(Rch) Adjustment location : q L941 ............................................... 5,9MHZ TC943 .......................................... 17.9MHz Method: Set up TC943 to center before adjustment.
