Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

Pour Iire un disque seulement, appuyer touches DISC DIRECT PLAY 1-5. Le disque selectionne est Iu une fois.

Appuyer sur CD, puis appuyer sur A OPEN/CLOSE pour ouvrir Ie compartment a disques. Mettre Ie(s) disque(s) en place avec I�etiquette en haut. Pour Iire un ou deux disques, mettre Ie(s) disque(s) sur Ie(s)
plateau(s) clans Ie sens des fleches comrne illustre. / DISC C~ANGE \
Pour commander la lecture avec la telecommande Appuyer sur DISC DIRECT PLAY, puis appuyer sur une des touches numeriques 1 a 5 clans Ies trois secondes pour selectionner un disque. Pour arr~ter la lecture, appuyer sur s . Pour mettre la lecture en pause, appuyer sur II. Pour reprendre la lecture, appuyer de nouveau sur cette touche. Pour rechercher un point particulier pendant la lecture, tenir < ou ~ enfoncee jusqu�a ce que Ie point souhaite soit atteint. Pour passer au debut d�une plage pendant la lecture, appuyer sur + ou a plusieurs reprises ou tourner MULTI JOG. Pour enlever des disques, appuyer sur A OPEN/CLOSE. On peut enlever Ies deux disques qui se trouvent face a soi. Quand Ie disque a enlever ne se trouve pas face a soi, appuyer sur DISC CHANGE a plusieurs reprises. Pour demarrer la lecture quand I�alimentation est toupee (fonction de lecture directe) Appuyer sur CD. Lappareil est mis sous tension et la lecture du (ales) disque(s) en place demarre. Lorsque vous appuyez sur A OPEN/CLOSE, I�appareil se met egalement sous tension et Ie compartment a disques s�ouvre.
Pour mettre en place trois a cinq disques,
appuyer sur la
touche DISC CHANGE pour faire tourner Ies plateaux apres avoir mis deux disques en place. Mettre Ie disque suivant sur Ie plateau vide. A chaque pression sur DISC CHANGE, [es plateaux tournent et on peut mettre un disque en place. Apres la mise en place des disques, appuyer sur A OPEN/ CLOSE pour fermer Ie compartment a disques. Laffichage montre Ies information concernant Ie disque a Iire. Numero de plateau du disque & Iire Temps de lecture total
Pour verifier Ie temps restant Appuyer sur EDIT/CHECK de la telecommande pendant la lecture. Le temps restant jusqu�a ce que toutes Ies plages soient Iues est affiche. Pour restaurer I�affichage de la duree du jeu, appuyez a nouveau sur EDIT/CHECK. Sur I�appareil principal, appuyez sur CD EDIT/CHECK en tours de lecture. Selection d�une plage avec la telecommande 1 Appuyer sur DISC DIRECT PLAY, puis appuyer sur une des touches numeriques 1 a 5 clans Ies trois secondes pour selectionner un disque. 2 A I�aide des touches numeriques O-9 et +1O,selectionner une plage. Exemple: Pour selectionner la vingt-cinquieme plage, appuyer sur +1O, +10 et 5. Pour selectionner la dixieme plage, appuyer sur +10 et O. La lecture demarre a la plage selectionnee et continue jusqu�a la fin du disque. Changement de disques pendsnt la lecture Pendant qu�un disque est en lecture, on peut remplacer Ies autres disaues saris interrompre la lecture. 1 Appuyer sur DISC CHANGE. Deux disques peuvent ~tre changes. 2 Enlever Ies disques et mettre d�autres disques en place. Pour changer Ies deux autres disques, appuyer de nouveau sur DISC CHANGE. 3 Appuyer sur A OPEN/CLOSE pour fermer Ie compartment a disques.
