Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!

Great Manual! It contains all the wiring schematics and mechanical exploded views that are essential for service and repair. I was surprised I even found this for such an old machine. Only wish I knew of this site many years ago.

Good pdf of the service manual for this unit. Includes disassembly instructions, full schematics, board layouts, parts lists and diagnostic information. Some information is in the pdf twice (single pages, and split pages), but that could be how it was originally generated by panasonic, or perhaps the idea is to make it eaiser to put onto 8.5 x 11" pages.
Information was exactly what I needed. Delivery was overnight (less than 12 hours) and I was happy with the process.
2-1. Preparation
BVP-700/700P Use the DISPLAY switch, VF DETAIL control and CURSOR ON button on the camera rear panel. 1. While holding the CURSOR ON button down, slide the DISPLAY switch upwards from ON to PAGE. The Maintenance menu appears in the viewfinder. 2. Set the arrow (8) to the �Reference Store� line by turning the VF DETAIL control, and press the CURSOR ON button. The Reference Store menu now appears. 3. Turn the VF DETAIL control and set the arrow to the �All Preset� line and press the CURSOR ON button. When presetting is completed, a message �Completed� is displayed. 4. Slide the DISPLAY switch downward to OFF. BVP-750/750P Use the DISP switch, SEL switch and UP/DOWN switch inside the switch box of the camera. 1. While holding the UP/DOWN button up in the UP position, slide the DISP switch upwards from ON to PAGE. The Maintenance menu appears in the viewfinder. 2. Set the arrow (8) to the �Reference Store� line with the SEL switch, and press the UP/DOWN button. The Reference Store menu now appears. 3. Set the arrow to the �All Preset� line with the SEL switch and press the UP/DOWN switch. When presetting is completed, a message �Completed� is displayed. 4. Slide the DISP switch downward to OFF.
2-1-3. Notes on Adjustment
. Alignment for camera, camera adaptor and viewfinder shall be completed. . Measuring equipment shall be calibrated. . There is a variety of OHB-730/750A series. In this section, they are represented as �OHB� simply for convenience in writing. . The following adjustments require a lens. For all other adjustments, no lens is required. 2-2. V Substrate Adjustment 2-7. VA Gain Adjustment . The following adjustments can be performed in the state in which the OHB is installed in the camera. 2-4. APR Adjustment 2-7. VA Gain Adjustment 2-8. Filter Positioning Adjustment . When performing adjustments other than Sections 2-4, 2-7 and 2-8, remove the case from the OHB and extend the OHB from the camera with an OHB extension harness. As for how to remove the case, refer to Section 1-3, Step 2.
