Wanting to repair a neighbours tape recorder I needed the necessary information, it makes it easier. Although the service manual is described as "Language : English" To my dismay I found that it is entirely written in German, a language I do not understand. At least I now have the schematics which will help of sorts. I may not use this service again due to the laguage difficulty after all when it states English you do not expect it to be entirely in another language.

The blank background is smeared.
Has the Image Drum been exposed to external light? No
Yes
Close and wait for about 30 minutes.
Is the heat roller of the fuser unit dirty? No
Yes
Clean it.
Is the contact of the cleaning roller Yes of the ID unit in contact with the contact assembly properly? No
Adjust the contact of the cleaning roller to contact the contact assembly properly.
Replace the EP unit or H10 Board MCNT (R76) Board
Troubleshooting flow chart 9:
Blank paper is output
Is the LED head connected properly? (Check connector CN4/CN5 on the MCNT (R76) Board.) Yes Is the ID unit set properly? Yes No

Connect to the LED print head properly.
Set the ID unit properly.
Replace the LED head,Power Supply Unit or MCNT (R76) Board.
