Thank you for having the manual I needed for an older model Aiwa stero I had found on Ebay --- I wanted the Aiwa because I had tapes and cd's but I did not have a manual as to how to operate the system... I found what I needed and it has enabled me to set the system up for my enjoyment.

Battery Replacement
Push Release Remove
Slide
Carefully remove and replace battery with a highquality alkaline cell. Replace the battery cover and reinstall the module by reversing the removal process, finally snapping into place.
Output Connection
The ¼� jack on all models provides an unbalanced, line-level connection to most any amplification system. Inserting a plug into this jack also turns on the preamp system. Please note that the tuner is functional without connecting a cable to this jack.
