Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

1 Gleichstromeingang DC IN
Hier wird das Kabel des Netzteils angeschlossen.
2 DIP-Schalter
Mit diesen drei Schaltern wird der Betriebsmodus des Geräts festgelegt. Die Schalter haben folgende Funktionen.
Schalter 1 (Wählschalter für Konfigurations-/Normalbetriebsmodus) Schalter 2 (in Europa immer auf OFF gestellt) Schalter 3 (Private ON/OFF-Wählschalter)

3 Rücksetzschalter
Wenn Sie diesen Schalter mit einer Büroklammer oder einem anderen spitzen Gegenstand drücken, können Sie die gespeicherten Einstellungen (Informationen zu über Bonding verbundenen Notebooks, Zeichenfolge für Passwort) auf die werkseitigen Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen. Der Gerätename wird durch das Zurücksetzen nicht geändert. Hinweise • Um Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden, drücken Sie den Rücksetzschalter nicht mit der Spitze eines Bleistifts oder einem anderen Gegenstand, der abbrechen kann. • Wenn der Gerätename geändert wurde, wird er nicht auf die ursprüngliche Einstellung zurückgesetzt, auch wenn der Rücksetzschalter gedrückt wird.
4 Anschluss LINE
Wenn Sie das Gerät an die Telefonleitung anschlieÃźen wollen, stecken Sie das mitgelieferte Telefonkabel in diese Buchse.
5 Etikett mit Seriennummer
Hier ist die Seriennummer des Geräts angegeben.
