This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Aktivieren der Energiesparprofile
PowerPanel stellt Ihnen mehrere voreingestellte Energiesparprofile zur Verfügung. Jedes Energiesparprofil besteht aus einer Gruppe von Energiesparfunktionen, mit denen bestimmte Energiesparziele erreicht werden sollen. Die Energiesparziele reichen von höchstmöglicher Energieeinsparung bis hin zu keinerlei Energieeinsparung.

Netzbetrieb � Der Energiesparzustand bei Betrieb des Computers mit dem Netzadapter. PowerPanel lädt das Netzbetriebsprofil automatisch, es sei denn, Sie deaktivieren diese Funktion. Energieverwaltung Aus (ans Stromnetz angeschlossen) � Deaktiviert sämtliche Energiesparfunktionen wie den Standby-Modus und den Ruhezustand.

Automatische Profilauswahl � Analyse der Leistung jeder ausgewählten Anwendung und automatische Anpassung an die jeweiligen Anforderungen. Maximale Akku-Lebensdauer �Energiesparstufe, die die maximale Akku-Lebensdauer und eine gute Systemleistung gewährleistet. Sie verringert die Helligkeit des Displays und schaltet den Computer nach einer vorgegebenen Zeit in den Standby-Modus. Maximale Akku-Lebensdauer Plus - eine Erweiterung der Maximale Akku-Lebensdauer.
! Wenn Sie dieses Profil auswählen, wird der Strom für den Memory Stick-Port abgeschaltet, um zusätzliche Energie
für die Akkus zu sparen. Der Memory Stick-Port ist wieder zugänglich, sobald ein Memory Stick in den Steckplatz eingeführt wird.
