This is the 2nd time I download manuals from this website and I can say it's what I was expecting. It contains schematic, layout (decent quality), short description, parts and dissasembly instructions. I recomend it for anyone who wants to repair/modify this device.

Very useful Service Manual! With it I was able to identify the damaged pots in my old amplifier, purchase the adequate replacements and make myself the repair.
I have again my old amplifier, still a very good one that I will keep for as many years as I can!

Select �I/O Device Configuration� and use the arrow keys to highlight Parallel Port Mode.
You can toggle between the Normal (bi-directional), EPP, ECP, and ECP+EPP options using the Plus (+) or Minus (-) keys.
When the desired setting displays, press the Escape key.
Topic: My CD drive tray does not open.
Use the eject button 1 2 Make sure the computer is turned on. Press the Eject button on the drive.
Use the My Computer icon 1 Click the My Computer icon on the Windows® desktop. 2 3 Right-click the CD-ROM icon.
For the PCV-J100, if the Eject button does not work, you must manually flip down the CD front panel and then you can open the tray by inserting a straightened, heavyweight paper clip into the emergency eject hole.
Select the Eject option from the pop-up menu.
Topic: I cannot play a CD-ROM. After inserting your CD, wait a few seconds for it to be detected before trying to access it. Make sure you place the disc in the tray with the label side facing up. Make sure the software is installed according to the program�s instructions. If your drive reads some CDs, but not others, check the shiny side of the disc for dirt or scratches. You may also need to clean the disc drive lens with an appropriate cleaner.
