Actually, I was looking for this information for 3 years!...now thanks to you, the manual is on my hands and of great help, cause I understand now where I was doing wrong connections and wires...excellent, I'll be back to you if in need, thank you.

This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.
VAIO Computer Quick Start
Using the VAIO Recovery Wizard
The VAIO® Recovery Wizard provides recovery options for your computer. You can access this tool from Windows® XP Start menu, your Recovery Media Kit, or by pressing the F10 key* on your notebook computer.
Starting the VAIO Recovery Wizard
To access the VAIO Recovery Wizard from Windows XP

Click Start in the Windows® taskbar, point to All Programs, and click VAIO Recovery Wizard.
� Using the VAIO Recovery Wizard may require you to restart your computer, even if you
cancel and exit the wizard.

From the Welcome window, click Next. Choose one of the available menu options.
To access the VAIO Recovery Wizard from the Recovery Media Kit

Press the power switch on the computer to turn on the power. Open the optical drive, and place the Startup Recovery Disc in the optical drive. Close the drive and turn off your computer. Wait for approximately 30 seconds, and then turn on the computer. When prompted, insert the Recovery Disk 1 into the optical drive, and then click OK. The VAIO Recovery Wizard appears.

Click Next. Choose one of the available menu options.
