Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

� Si vous quittez une option à partir de l�écran Avant, l�entrée précédente est gardée en mémoire et le bouton TOOLS est désactivé. � Si vous quittez une option à partir de l�écran Après, la nouvelle entrée est gardée en mémoire et le bouton est désactivé. � Si vous déplacez/modifiez le paramètre/option de Pré réglages AV, le réglage de l�option est gardé en mémoire (le bouton est toujours actif). Procédez comme il est indiqué ci-dessous pour régler les options de qualité d�image. 1 ) Accédez à Image via Configuration. 2 ) Sélectionnez une option.

3 ) Utilisez le bouton TOOLS pour basculer entre les images précédente et réglée. 4 ) Répétez les étapes 2 et 3 pour poursuivre le réglage de l�option, selon vos besoins. 5 ) Répétez les opérations des étapes 2 à 4 pour régler d�autres options d�image. 6 ) Appuyez sur HOME MENU pour quitter le menu.
Remarque: Si aucune sélection n�est effectuée dans les 60 secondes, le menu se ferme automatiquement et les réglages actuels sont gardés en mémoire.
Pour quitter le menu sans sauvegarder les changements, passez à l�écran Avant puis appuyez sur HOME MENU.
3.4.4 Affichage d�un écran de réglage de l�image graphique et du son Si vous sélectionnez OPTIMUM dans le menu Pré réglage AV, le menu Image affichera des sous-menus de différentes sources AV. Sélectionnez Marche pour l�option Commande Son afin de régler automatiquement la qualité sonore. En outre, Performances OPTIMUM fournit un moniteur graphique à l�écran pour les réglages multiples d�image et de son.
Performances OPTIMUM Les Performances OPTIMUM affichent les réglages en cours de l�image et du son au moyen de données graphiques lorsque OPTIMUM est sélectionné dans le menu Pré réglages AV. Les Performances OPTIMUM affichent les données suivantes sous forme de graphique à barre: � Analyseur: Histogramme, RVB, Luminosité ambiante � Image: Contraste, Luminosité, Couleur, Netteté, Température de couleur, Gamma � Son: Niveau

Pour afficher les performances OPTIMUM, procédez comme décrit ci-dessous. 1 ) Accédez à Image via Configuration. 2 ) Sélectionnez Pré réglages AV dans le menu Image. 3 ) Sélectionnez OPTIMUM dans le menu Pré réglages AV. 4 ) Sélectionnez Performances OPTIMUM dans le menu Image.
Les Performances OPTIMUM apparaissent. Pour annuler l�option Performances OPTIMUM, appuyez sur
EXIT.
Remarque: Lorsque OPTIMUM est sélectionné, maintenez enfoncée DISPLAY de la télécommande pour afficher les Performances OPTIMUM. Performances OPTIMUM comparent la qualité d�image et de son entre �Arrêt� (non réglé) et �Marche� (réglé à l�aide de la touche TOOLS).
