No sound from the headphones and audio output

No sound in the headphones Yes No Is the sound muted? Yes Is the volume set to "0"? Yes Are the signals output from IC4804? (pin 31) (pin 32) No Check around IC4804 and each input signal. No Raise the volume and check the sound again. Cancel muting and check the sound with the headphones again.
No sound from the audio output Yes Are the signals output from IC4804? (pin 13) (pin 14) No Check around IC4804 and each input signal.
