Thanks for offering this item at such a good price. Proved handy in identifying the part I was looking for my set.

Thr Video Recorder i have is quiet Old and the Producer could Not help me. So i w as very glad to find an offer for the owners Manual for a very fair Price.a I obtained the original Manual very quick and I am happy to have it now.
 ;
The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.
 ;
The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

Thank you for providing this manual and at low cost.
The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.
Burn-in
A characteristic of Plasma Display Panels (PDPs) is that displaying the same image for a long time causes a part of the image to stay on the screen (this is called phosphor burn-in).
Avoid burn-in as follows.
Use the PICTURE SHIFT function. To prevent burn-in, the picture displayed on the screen is shifted up, down and to the left and right at regular intervals. See page 44 for details. Even if the PICTURE SHIFT function is turned off, the picture may shift to the left or right when the channel or input is changed. The PICTURE MODE function is initially set to BRIGHT. Unless the TV is being watched in an extremely bright room, we recommend you change the PICTURE MODE setting to either STANDARD or SOFT. Doing so will reduce the chance of burn-in and extend the life of the PDP. See PICTURE MODE on page 30. Do not display static images or characters for long periods of time.

Burn-in example
 Reduce CONTRAST and BRIGHT on the PICTURE menu (page 30) when viewing. Do not view for long periods of time in the REGULAR mode (page 19). Screen size is normally chosen to ensure that the picture is displayed on the entire screen. After viewing in the REGULAR mode in which black bands may occur at the left and right of the screen, it is recommended to change to the PANORAMIC mode to display the picture on the entire screen.

Burn-in example
Do not view for long periods of time using the MULTI-PICTURE function (page 21).
If Burn-in has occurred
If burn-in occurs, try the REFRESH function (page 38). If burn-in is minimal it may gradually become less noticeable.
Note: Once burn-in occurs it will never disappear completely.
