I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. Setting sounds
You can adjust the volume level of the system sounds, alarm sounds, and game sounds or turn the sounds off.

Tap the arrow V in the upper right of the Preference screen and select General.
The General Preferences screen is displayed.
Tap the arrow V next to System Sound and select the desired volume level or Off.
When the System Sound is turned off, the chime tones associated with the HotSync® operation is also turned off.

Tap the arrow V next to Alarm Sound and select the desired volume level or Off. Tap the arrow V next to Game Sound and select the desired volume level or Off.
The Game Sound setting is only applied to the games programmed to respond to this setting.
