I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. My CLI� handheld does not respond
B Is the POWER/HOLD switch of your CLI� handheld in HOLD mode? Your CLI� handheld does not operate when the POWER/HOLD switch is in HOLD mode. Make sure you release HOLD mode. B Is your CLI� handheld placed near the IR port of your computer? Move your CLI� handheld away from the IR port of your computer except when performing the IR HotSync® operation, as a malfunction may occur. You can also disable the IR feature by selecting [Off] next to [Beam Receive:] in [General] of the Preferences screen. My CLI� handheld keeps turning itself off
B Your CLI� handheld is designed to turn itself off after a period of inactivity (Automatic power-off).
