I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. Launch DMM (player connected)
1 Open the USB cover. Connect your player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The USB connection screen will automatically appear. TIP Please refer to your computer�s manual for the exact position of your USB port. Look for the USB symbol on the processing unit of your computer.

Launch DMM. (see page 19 for first time launch settings) New running data on your player will be automatically transferred to DMM. Please wait for the process to complete. Never disconnect the USB cable while transfer is in progress. Organize your running data, music and playlists in DMM.

Transfer your music from DMM to your player.
